- Premium savory soybean paste, made according to traditional methods and elevated through elegant designs. Used by Danji, a Michelin-starred Korean restaurant in New York.
Ki Soon Do Traditional Soy Sauce
- Traditional soy sauce made by Food Grand Master No. 35, Ki Soon-do, who also belongs to a 360-year head family of a respected lineage. Fermented with bamboo salt for at least 10months for a less salty yet bold taste.
Mac Red Pepper Paste
- Spicy red pepper paste made by Food Grand Master No. 45, Sung Myung-rye, who preserves the noble Kim clan of Andong’s traditional method. Fermented with locally sourced ingredients for at least eight months to produce an exceptionally soft and savory taste.
