Overview
Among the Asian ginseng products, those from South Korea are called Korea Ginseng. The upper part of Korea Ginseng is thick and the shapes of rootlets resemble a human being. In order to make the traditional Korean ginseng as such, six-year-old fresh ginseng is steamed and dried three times. After this process of steaming nine times and drying nine times, ginseng turns into black ginseng with a dark red color. The factory of Daedong Korea Ginseng, located in Geumsan, known for long-time ginseng farming, is divided into rooms for each stage of ginseng making. From selecting to drying, every process is done manually with a great care. ‘Ginssen Black Ginseng Jung Mild’ strengthens immunity, helps battle fatigue and improves blood circulation. It is also an anti-aging food that helps improve one’s memory.
