The restaurant Bongwoori Hanjeongsik (or Bongwoori Korean Table d’Hote) is run by Master Lee Ha-Yeon, No. 58 Korean Grand Master of a traditional dish (Haemul Seokbakji or kimchi with seafood). Its table d’hote menu allows customers to experience a full table of dishes utilizing white kimchi made with her know-how. It serves Korean food menu composed of juk (porridge), tangpyeongchae (mung bean jelly mixed with vegetables and beef), dureupchohoe (spicy Korean angelica tree shoots with vinegar dressing), gangjeong (sweet rice puffs), tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties), and jaeraedoenjang
