Historically, Andong Soju is traditional home-brewed liquor whose recipe has been passed down in the Park family in Bannam, South Jeolla Province, over five hundred years. Master Park Jae-Seo, the 25th head of the family, has kept the history and traditional manners when making this liquor. It is a traditional distilled soju made with 100% rice, and it has unique flavor and scent.

This liquor is made with 100% rice produced in Korea, and the brewing includes three stages of pure alcohol and fermentation process. The scent of leaven has been removed through a long fermentation period, and the special brewing method used only for Master Park’s Andong Soju has kept rich flavor and aroma.
